Dear Barbara, It is Monday evening and I just received the terrible news from Dr. Carroll. I am in such shock. My heart goes out to you and your family. I've only known Ed a little over a year, but I can honestly say within this one year he has really impacted my life for the better. I had very little confidence in politicians until I met him. He taught me that if the person holding the position isn't just before hand, then never look justness afterwards. NED WAS A GOOD PERSON. HE HELPED FRANK AND I WITH OUR CLOSING OF OUR HOUSE. MY DAUGHTER MICHELLE USE TO BABYSIT FOR NED & BARBARA. WHENEVER I NEEDED LEGAL ADVICE AFTER FRANK DIED I COULD ALWAYS CALL NED AND HE WOULD GUIDE ME IN THE RIGHT DIRECTION. HE WAS ONE TERRIFIC PERSON AND FRIEND WHENEVER YOU NEEDED HIM HE WAS THERE.

I remember Ned always taking me places down the beach every summer when we were little and all those Thanksgivings we all spent as family together. I remmeber all the things he did for me in my lifet5ime and I will miss him very very much
