Bill was an exceptional gentleman. He had a mild mannered perspective with everything. Extremely observant, his approach was always subtle with reasonable solutions. He was more of an actions speak louder than words kind of man. And the funny thing about that is he was one of the most prolific talkers I've ever had the great pleasure to meet. I enjoyed listening to the numerous tales of his global exploits. The stories were endless in both number and content. Each and every retold story would have new details or additional nuances which, for many, would spin off into yet another adventure in a random location. Old School ethics of Honor, Duty, Country were always present with Bill. His romantic life was a busy one. There was always a high level of pride therein. The ultimate love of his life is Carrol. Bill would mention something loving about Carol in every conversation. Bill was a class act through and through. He will be very much missed. Bill's memory lives on. God Bless his immortal soul
