My Condolences to your Whole Family
I remember Phil when I was a child when he came into my Fathers Hot Dog Store, "Jimmy the Greeks" at 91 Van Houten St., Also known as the 91st. Precinct Since almost all the Officers came in to eat.
As usual when he came in, my Father would start up with the Jokes back and fourth, often offending each other in jest.
We are saddened by Phils' passing and Our thoughts are with his Family
