Sergeant Montoni was a friend and colleague, a trustworth, dedicated, mission orietnted and honest man and police officer. I was honored and proud to serve with him on the Paterson Police Department. His dedication went beyond serving the Department and more importantly, his service to the citizens of Paterson was admirable. May he rest in eternal peace. A job well done, Sergeant.
