Obituary of Peter P. Riva

Riva, Peter P. Jr. of Totowa at rest in Paterson on July 16, 2007. Born in Paterson he lived in Totowa for most of his life. He was a Police Officer for the Millburn Police Department before retiring. Mr. Riva was a U.S. Army Veteran during the Vietnam War. He was pre deceased by his parents, Peter P. Riva Sr. and Dinah (nee Cifaldi) Riva. Beloved brother of Lisa M. RivaBateman and her husband James of Totowa and Dennis M. Riva and his wife Marlene of Lopatcong. Dear uncle of Joseph Peter and Michael David Riva and John Peter Bateman and Stephanie Thiessen. Loving companion of Gail Cannon. Relatives and friends are invited to attend the funeral from the Festa Memorial Funeral Home, 111 Union Blvd., Totowa, on Friday at 9:30 AM. Funeral Mass to follow at Our Lady of the Holy Angels R.C.
