Obituary of Mellia Gorski

Gorski, Mellia (nee Venezia) age 94, of West Paterson at rest in Ridgewood on May 5, 2007. Born in Paterson she lived there before moving to West Paterson in 1936. She was an employee for Farmland Dairies, Fair Lawn for 10 years before retiring in 1976. Prior to that, she was employed at Julius Schimid Inc., West Paterson. Beloved wife of the late Chester Gorski. Mother of Vincent J. Gorski and his wife Margaret of Waldwick and Dolores V. Quigley and her husband Thomas of Castile, NY. Sister of Charles Venezia, Virginia Luzzi, and Josephine Wills all of West Paterson. Grandmother of Theresa Montesano, Gerald Gorski, Gina Papa and Thomas, Sean, Kevin and Michael Quigley. Survivors include 12 Great grandchildren. Relatives and friends are invited to attend the funeral from the Festa Memorial Funeral Home, 111 Union Blvd., Totowa, on Tuesday at 9:30 AM. Funeral Mass to follow at St. James R.C. Church, Totowa at 10:00 AM. Interment at Laurel Grove Memorial Park, Totowa. Friends may call Monday 2-4 and 7-9 PM.
