Although I didn't know Joann that well, the few times I was in her presence she was a radiant, caring and loving person. Her contagious smile and kind ways will always be remembered. I pray for her family whom I know loved her so much. Joann you were so good to my niece Victoria and my sister Mary. You were important to both of them and they will miss you deeply!
