Spano, Madeline (nee Buonpastore) of Totowa at rest in Wayne on October 18, 2006. Beloved wife of the late Emanuel Al Spano. Mother of John S. Spano and his wife, Arlene and Elaine Trautmann. Grandmother of Artie Trautmann and his fiance Michelle Mabey, Elyssa Trautmann, Matthew Spano, Michael Spano, and the late John Anthony Spano. Also survived by several nieces and nephews. Relatives and friends are invited to attend the funeral from the Festa Memorial Funeral Home, 111 Union Blvd, Totowa, on Saturday at 10:30 AM. Funeral Mass to follow at St. James RC Church, Totowa at 11:00 AM. Interment at Laurel Grove Cemetery, Totowa. Friends may call Friday 2-4 and 7-9 PM. OBITUARY
Madeline (nee Buonpastore) Spano age 87 of Totowa died Wednesday. Born in Brooklyn, NY she lived in Totowa, West Milford and Florida before moving back to Totowa. Mrs. Spano was a homemaker. She was also the owner/proprietor for Elaine Sweet Shop, West Milford, NJ and the Glenwild Inn, West Milford, NJ. Mrs. Spano was a parishioner of St. James R.C. Church, Totowa and was a member of the Totowa Seniors.
Preceeding her in death was: her husband: Emanuel "Al" Spano
And a Grandson: John Anthony Spano

Also survived by 4 grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
