Brother of Margaret La Barck, Pasquale Spada, Fred Spada and the late Armand, Louise and Elizabeth. Also survived by 4 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren. OBITUARY John Spada age 102 of Totowa died Tuesday. Born in Benevento, Italy he came to the United States in 1910 and lived in Paterson before moving to Totowa in 1948. He founded and owned Silk City Express Inc., Paterson, NJ in 1927 for 39 years before retiring in 1966. Mr. Spada was a parishioner of St. Anthony R.C. Church, Paterson. He was a United States Army Veteran. Preceeding him in death was his wife, Lucy (nee Iovine) in 1999 2 sisters: Louise and Elizabeth and a brother: Armand Survivors include 2 sons: Michael Spada of Totowa, NJ John Spada of Long Valley, NJ A sister: Margaret La Barck of Totowa, NJ 2 brothers: Pasquale Spada of Florida Fred Spada of Fairlawn, NJ Also survived by 4 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren.
