Cortadillo, Clara (nee Rondon) of Clifton, NJ at rest in Chestnut Ridge, NY on November 15, 2003. Beloved wife of the late Manuel Cortadillo. Mother of Elizabeth Balta, Manuel Cortadillo and Alejandro Cortadillo. Grandmother of Diana Fierro, Monica Balta, Charissa, Melissa, Alain, Eduardo, Karina, Alejandro, and Eduardo Cortadillo, and the late Hugo Balta. Also survived by 9 great grandchildren. Relatives and friends are invited to attend the funeral from the Festa Memorial Funeral Home, 111 Union Blvd, Totowa, on Wednesday at 8:45 AM. Born in Lima, Peru, she came to the United States in 1972, residing in Paterson before moving to Clifton 10 years ago. She was a homemaker. Mrs. Cortadillo was a parishioner of St. George RC Church, Paterson. Preceeding her in death was her husband: Manuel Cortadillo And a grandson: Hugo Balta Survivors include A daughter: Elizabeth Balta of Chestnut Ridge, NY 2 sons: Manuel Cortadillo of St. Peters, Missouri Alejandro Cortadillo of Lima, Peru Also survived by 9 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren.
