I first laid eyes on him as a shy boy 15 years of age. He was a smart tough and passionate man and a leader . He was very vocal yet fair and probably developed more boys into men than he knows . It took about 10’years for me to become what he called a “crackerjack “ . As I look back I understood that he cared greatly for my well being and success .
