Obituary of Anthony Borzellino

Borzellino, Anthony of Totowa at rest in Wayne on August 15, 2003. Devoted husband of the former Marion A. (nee Cortese). Father of Robert Borzellino and Paul Borzellino. Brother of the late Joseph Borzellino, Sam Borzellino, Stella Borzellino and Theresa Borzellino. Also survived by 3 step- grandchildren and 4 step-great grandchildren. Relatives and friends are invited to attend the funeral from the Festa Memorial Funeral Home, 111 Union Blvd, Totowa, on Wednesday at 8:45 am. Funeral Mass to follow at St. James RC Church, Totowa at 9:15 AM. Interment at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery, Totowa. Friends may call Tuesday 2-4 and 7-9pm. OBITUARY Anthony Borzellino age 96 of Totowa died Friday. Born in Paterson, NJ he lived in Paterson before moving to Totowa in 1953. He was a Lawyer in Paterson and Clifton for many years before retiring in 1973. He was a parishioner of St. James RC Church, Totowa. He was a member of the Totowa Happy Seniors and a member of the Totowa Elks Crippled Childrens Committee. He was a founding member of the Totowa Industrial Commisson. Mr. Borzellino was a World War II Army veteran. He was educated in the Paterson public schools and graduated from Lafayette College in PA. He earned his law degree from Fordham University School of Law and was a member of the bar in NJ. Mr Borzellino was the oldest person to ever survive triple bypass heart surgery. Preceeding him in death was 2 brothers: Joseph Borzellino and Sam Borzellino, and 2 sisters: Stella Borzellino, and Theresa Borzellino Survivors include his wife: The former Marion A.
