DeRitter, Allan L. age 72 of Lodi at rest in Ridgewood on March 20, 2024. Beloved husband of Jenny (nee Acosta) DeRitter. Loving stepfather of Eileen Marri & her husband, James of Bloomfield and James Gonzalez & his wife, Jessica of Vernon. Dear son of the late Allan and the late Effie (nee Buntzen) DeRitter. Brother of Jack DeRitter & his wife, Mary of Hawthorne, Roy DeRitter & his wife, Janet of Lake Hiawatha, Deborah Graziani & her husband Vincent of Wayne and the late Patricia Vandenbree. Allan is also survived by his grandchildren, Christopher, Juliette & Laurel Gonzalez and Shannon & Savannah Marri, as well as many nieces and nephews. Born in Paterson, he lived in Wayne before moving to Lodi. Allan was employed by Athenia Mason Supply, Clifton for the past 53 years. He was a former member of the P.V. Elks Lodge #2111, Totowa. After serving in the United States Army, being stationed in Germany during the Vietnam War, Allan joined the National Guard and served an additional 3 years. Relatives and friends are invited to attend the funeral services at the Festa Memorial Funeral Home, 111 Union Blvd, Totowa, on Saturday at 10:30 AM. Cremation will be private. Friends may visit Friday 4:00 PM - 8:00 PM. In lieu of flowers, donations to St. Jude's Childrens Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105 would be appreciated.
