Di Gangi, Maria (nee Sausa), age 97 of Totowa at rest in Totowa on March 12, 2024. Beloved wife of the late Vincenzo Di Gangi (2011). Loving mother of Dorothy Venezia and her husband Raffaele and Lena Di Gangi. Dear grandmother of Rocco and Vincent Venezia. Great-grandmother of Vita, Weston and Hudson Venezia. Sister of Ida Di Gangi. Born in Brooklyn, NY she moved to Italy as an infant. She then came back to the United States in 1948 and resided in Paterson, before moving to Totowa. Maria was a Homemaker. Relatives and friends are invited to attend a Funeral Mass at St. James R.C. Church, 400 Totowa Rd., Totowa, on Friday at 11:00 AM. Entombment to follow at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery Mausoleum, Totowa. Festa Memorial Funeral Home, 111 Union Blvd., Totowa is in charge of arrangements.
