Mauro, Anne R. (nee Rista), age 81 of Clifton at rest in Paterson on February 11, 2024. Beloved wife of the late John A. Mauro, Sr. (2023). Loving mother of Maryanne Mauro of Cedar Grove, John A. Mauro, Jr. of Cedar Grove and Michael G. Mauro and his wife Nancy of Rockaway. Dear grandmother of Alexander John Mauro of Paterson, Steven Connor Mauro of Cedar Grove, Andrew Duncan Mauro of Rockaway, Ryan Patrick Mauro of Rockaway and Ethan Velez Mauro of Cedar Grove. Sister of the late Andrew McClure and his wife the late Doris and the late Dorothy Stecchini and her husband the late Livio. Aunt of Andrew Mc Clure and his wife Denise. Born in Paterson, she lived most of her life in Paterson, before moving to Clifton. She was a Registered Nurse for St. Joseph's Hospital, Paterson, for many years before retiring. She also worked for Barnert Hospital in Paterson. Following Barnert Hospital, Anne worked at the Passaic County Office on Aging in Totowa. She was a parishioner at Our Lady of Pompeii R.C. Church in Paterson. Relatives and friends are invited to attend the funeral from the Festa Memorial Funeral Home, 111 Union Blvd., Totowa, on Thursday at 10:00 AM. Funeral Mass to follow at Our Lady of Pompeii R.C. Church, Paterson at 10:30 AM. Entombment at Holy Sepulchre Mausoleum, Totowa. Friends may visit Wednesday 4:00-8:00 PM.
