Obituary of Mary Dominianni

Mary (nee Tedeschi) Dominianni 93 entered God's Kingdom on Monday, February 5, 2024 a month before her 94th birthday. She died at her home in Little Falls. She was the only child of 5 children born in the United States. Her mother, father and four brothers were born in Avellino, Italy. Mary graduated from Central High School, Paterson, where she met her husband Bruno who pre-deceased her in 2000. Mary was raised speaking Italian and was affectionately known as Marinella by her friends. She excelled at softball and volleyball. She is survived by her loving son and caregiver Frank Dominianni and his partner Claudia Latorre, her son Joe Dominianni and his wife Marlene, her daughter Gina Iraola and her husband Michael, and her granddaughters Gabriella and Marina. Mary is also survived by her two cats Frankie and Sylvester. She loved music and had a beautiful voice. She sang in the choir at Holy Angels Church for many years. Mary ran the CARES program at Holy Angels and organized the healing mass every year. Mary was devoted to the church and her strong faith. Her homemade pizza and tomato sauce were delicious. She made holidays and birthdays very special. Mary lived for her family and was a devoted wife and mother. She will be forever missed. Relatives and friends are invited to attend the funeral from the Festa Memorial Funeral Home, 111 Union Blvd, Totowa, on Friday at 8:45 AM. Funeral Mass to follow at Holy Angels RC Church, Little Falls at 9:30 AM. Interment at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery, Totowa. Friends may visit Thursday 4:00 PM - 8:00 PM.
