My fondest memory of Aunt Pauline is her unrelenting commitment to family and tradition. After my grandparents died in the 70's, she lovingly took over our Christmas Eve tradition. My childhood memories are filled with exciting times in the basement on Wabash Avenue every December 24th. They then may have ended, but Aunt Pauline continued the tradition in her basement on Bogart Street. Love of family was her passion embedded in her deeply religious beliefs. Thank you, Aunt Pauline for being a wonderful role model throughout your life. With love from your niece Brenda.
