Russo, Nicolina (nee Frascadore), age 85 of Wayne at rest in Pequannock on August 12, 2023 . Loving mother of Angela Roper & her husband Craig of Wayne, Cathy Haight & her husband Daniel of Budd Lake, and Joyce Arellano & her husband Steven of San Antonio, TX. Devoted grandmother of Danny Haight & his wife, Lesley, Michael Haight & his wife, Maaike, Melissa Capone & her husband Stephen, Brian Haight & his wife Kaitlyn, Ethan Arellano and Matthew Arellano. Caring great grandmother of Gavin, Gianni, Raffaele, Gabriel, Aaron, & Amelia Haight; Maggie and Lucy Capone.

Born in Solopaca, Prov. di Benevento, Italy, Nicky came to the United States and resided in Paterson, then in Totowa before moving to Wayne. She was a hairdresser for many years before retiring. Nicky was a member of the Deborah Hospital Foundation and a member of the Fundraising Committee for Little Sisters of the Poor, Totowa.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend her funeral mass on Thursday, August 17, 2023 at Our Lady of Consolation R.C. Church, 1799 Hamburg Turnpike, Wayne at 9:00 AM with entombment to follow at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery Mausoleum, Totowa. Please meet directly at the church prior to mass.
