Obituary of John P Dubowchik

Dubowchik, John P. age 75 of Little Falls at rest in Little Falls on August 11, 2023. Beloved husband of the late Janet C. (nee Marra) Dubowchik (2009). Loving father of Melissa S. Corbo & her husband Philip of Mountain Lakes, Lara Dubowchik of Highland Park and Rebecca Dubowchik-Wohl & her husband Cameron of Cedar Grove. Grandfather of Philip John Corbo, Julia Marra Corbo, John Corbo and Thomas Corbo. Brother of Maryann Bacsik of Little Falls. Also survived by several nieces and nephews. Born in Paterson, he lived in Little Falls for most of his life. He was a Senior Technical Representative for Stiles Enterprises, Rockaway for over 30 years before retiring in 2022. John was an avid Rutgers football fan, and he took his grandchildren to all of the home games. He enjoyed traveling and was an avid racing fan of Formula 1 and Nascar. He enjoyed tending to his vegetable and floral gardens and was meticulous with his landscaping. He loved to read and was a great cook and was an incredibly talented handyman. He cherished time spent with his children and grandchildren, especially on the holidays and vacations. Relatives and friends are invited to attend the services at the Festa Memorial Funeral Home, 111 Union Blvd., Totowa, on Tuesday at 11:00 AM. Interment to follow at Laurel Grove Memorial Park, Totowa. Friends may visit Monday 4:00-8:00 PM. Donations in his memory may be made to Compassionate Care ALS, PO Box 1052, W. Falmouth, MA 02574.
