Ruth and her brother Peter lived in a brownstone home built in the late 1700’s that was across the street from our public school, Washington Park. We walked home as kids and always saw her smiling face. Ruth and myself spoke on the phone in the last couple of years and I was privileged to have known such a wonderful, happy, person!
