Obituary of Peter Mannisi

Mannisi, Peter age 91 of Bethlehem, PA at rest in Bethlehem on October 10, 2022. Beloved husband of the late Liberata (nee Scevola) Mannisi (2018). Loving father of John Mannisi, MD and his wife Barbara of Bethlehem, PA and Alfonso Mannisi and his wife Donna of Denville. Adoring grandfather of Lisa Mannisi and Peter Mannisi. Doting great-grandfather of Giovanni "Gio" and Giulianna Nikolao. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews. Born in Scoglitti, Sicily, Italy he lived in Sicily until 1947 before immigrating to the United States. Upon his arrival he resided in Paterson then Franklin Lakes, before moving to Bethlehem, PA in 2003. He was an Employee for Hampton Shoppe, Paterson, for 25 years. After that he owned and operated F&M Parlor Frames, Paterson for 5 years and C&S Liquors, Paterson for 15 years. Mr. Mannisi was a hard-working man all of his life, and totally devoted himself to his family that he loved very much. He was a man of enormous common sense and had great instincts. Friends may visit Friday 8:30 AM to 11:00 AM. Relatives and friends are invited to attend a funeral service at the Festa Memorial Funeral Home, 111 Union Blvd., Totowa, on Friday at 11:00 AM.
