Oh we were at Aunt Rose & Uncle Charlie’s house a lot during the holidays. She cooked up a storm!!! First appetizer, then dinner: just veal parmigiana, pasta, salad, potato salad, cold cuts, green beans with red onion and oil & red wine vinegar, etc!!! Then nuts and fruit, then dessert: cannolis, cheese cake, pastries. Then 2 hous later she’d take out the food again!!! And of course, Mr Biazzo’s home made wine. We had to wait 3 days to eat after that!!! Missed those days. Thank you Aunt Rose for ALL you did for me and my family. We will love you forever. John, Barb & Johnny Marino
