Obituary of Margaret M Daly

Daly, Margaret M. "Marnie" age 83 of Fair Lawn at rest in Paramus on April 2, 2022. Born in Paterson, she lived in Paterson for most of her life before moving to Fair Lawn five years ago. She was a Guidance Counselor for the Fair Lawn Board of Education, Thomas Jefferson Middle School, Fair Lawn for many years before retiring in 2004. Marnie was a former Sister of Charity, Morristown and Convent Station for seventeen years. She was a member of the NEA and the NJEA. She was a parishioner of St. Brendan R.C. Church, Clifton. She was a die hard NY Yankee fan and enjoyed playing BINGO. When Marnie was younger, she played Tennis in Fair Lawn twice a week. She was very well traveled and she went back packing all thru Europe. Marnie was a very generous person and she helped all in need. Cremation was private. There will be a Memorial Funeral Mass at St. Brendan R.C. Church, Clifton on Saturday April 9, 2022 at 12:30 PM.  Festa Memorial Funeral Home, 111 Union Blvd., Totowa, is in charge of arrangements.
