Martinez, Nancy A. (nee Izzo) age 79 of Paterson at rest in Paterson on February 17, 2014. She was a 15 year Breast Cancer Survivor, who succumbed after a brief illness. Born in Canada, she lived in Paterson since 1936. She was an Office Manager for Dr. Mathias Zemel, Dermatologist, Paterson for 20 years. Prior to that, she was a business owner in Paterson. She was on the Paterson Board of Adjustment for many years. Nancy was a parishioner of St. Mary's RC Church, Paterson and was a lector there and was a member of their choir and a member of their Rosary Altar Society. Loving mother of Richard Martinez of Brick and Daniel Martinez of Paterson. Sister of the late Antonette Grimaldi (2012). Beloved grandmother of Ricky Martinez, Brandon Martinez and Shyia Martinez. Also survived by 2 great grandchildren. Loving aunt of Stephanie Holmes, Louis Grimaldi, and Anita Van Zuidam. Relatives and friends are invited to attend the funeral from the Festa Memorial Funeral Home, 111 Union Blvd, Totowa, on Monday at 9:00 AM. Funeral mass to follow at St. Mary's RC Church, Paterson at 9:30 AM. Interment at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery, Totowa. Friends may visit Sunday 2- 4 and 7-9 PM.
