Obituary of Basile Noto

Noto, Basile "Patrick" age 99 of Totowa at rest in Edison on February 16, 2022. Beloved husband of the late Immaculata "Mary" (nee Valentino) Noto (1996). Brother of the late Mary, Grace, and Josephine Noto, and the late Jean Locascio, and the late Russel and Charlie Noto. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews and grand-nieces and grand-nephews. Born in Clifton, he lived in Totowa for most of his life. He was a Lithographer for Blair & Meehan Tooker Inc., East Rutherford, for 21 years before retiring in 1976. Mr. Noto was a parishioner of St. James R.C. Church, Totowa. He was a 3rd Degree member of the Knights of Columbus, St. James Council #6574, the American Legion Post #227, Totowa, OLOP Senior Citizens Group, and the Golden Seniors of Totowa. He was also a WW II Army veteran. Relatives and friends are invited to attend the funeral from the Festa Memorial Funeral Home, 111 Union Blvd., Totowa, on Friday at 9:30 AM. Funeral Mass to follow at St. James RC Church, Totowa at 10:00 AM. Entombment at Laurel Grove Cemetery Mausoleum, Totowa. Friends may visit Thursday 3:00 - 7:00 PM. In lieu of flowers, donations to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105, would be appreciated.
