My deep condolences to Carmen and the entire Russo Family on your loss. Wow, what a guy! I met Frank back in 1961 when he worked around the corner at Herman Esselmann's Sweet Shop in Valley Ridge SC. Back then on the Preakness Ave side was Norman's Shoe Repair shop, the big hang out with the sit-down stalls where we'd smoke and joke for endless hours... "Stormin' Norman" Sheldon, Bobby Manuel, Dennis Rizzi, Johnny Noll, Billy Brown, Danny Gorgol, Roy Ruckweid, Jerry "Jumbo" Royer... everyone wearing a black leather jacket and slick Vitalis hair style -- golden moments. Last time I saw Frank... was in Chris' on Packanack Lake during a 1960-1969 Wayne High School Reunion get together, maybe 15 years ago, he still looked good. Cool. Frank was always COOL. And impressively intelligent too. Yeah, Frank Russo was something else. GOD BLESS YOU - FRANK - REST IN PEACE. Billy Cooke
