Sheratsky, Edward Joseph age 79 of Paterson at rest in Paterson on November 21, 2021. Loving husband of Carmen Alice Vega of Paterson. Dear step-father of Lenny Vega and his wife Diana of Paterson. Adoring grandfather of Leonard Vega and Frank Pickarski. Dear son of the late Asaac and the late Grace (nee Cohen) Sheratsky. Dear cousin of Scott Boyarsky and Beverly Boyarsky. Born in Jersey City, he lived in Paterson for most of his life. He was a Special Education Teacher for the Paterson Board of Education for 54 years before retiring in 2012. Relatives and friends are invited to attend the funeral service at the Festa Memorial Funeral Home, 111 Union Blvd., Totowa, on Wednesday at 10:00 AM. Entombment to follow at Calvary Cemetery Mausoleum, Paterson. Friends may visit Tuesday 4-8 PM.
