Obituary of Rosa Maria Rosado

Rosado, Rosa Maria age 75 of Paterson at rest in Wayne on July 21, 2021. Loving mother of Maritza Gonzalez and her wife Evelyn of Paterson, Julissa Lebron, Barbara Bayona, Luis Rodriguez and grandson Adrien Cruz whom she raised as her own. Dear sister of Nelin, Helen, Frances and the late Henry, Marta, Carmen and Michael. She is also survived by her loving grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She was predeceased by a great-grandchild and her parents, the late Angel Rosado and the late Margarita Martinez. Born in Ponce, Puerto Rico she came to the mainland in 1957 and lived in Bayonne, then in New York, then in Philadelphia before moving to Paterson. She was a Homemaker. She was a member of Calvary Temple, Wayne. Rosa was known to everyone as "Mom", and raised many kids as her own. She was loved by so many and will be greatly missed by all who knew her. Relatives and friends are invited to attend the funeral services at the Festa Memorial Funeral Home, 111 Union Blvd, Totowa, on Monday at 11:00 AM. Entombment to follow at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery Mausoleum, Totowa. Friends may visit Sunday 4:00 - 8:00 PM. In lieu of flowers, donations to the American Diabetes Association, P.O.
