Shapiola, Mary (nee Henn), age 93 of Totowa at rest in Wayne on July 21, 2018. Beloved wife of the late Edward Shapiola (1995). Loving mother of Michael Shapiola of Latrobe, PA, and Annemarie Shapiola and Joe of Totowa. Mary is also survived by 3 grandchildren, 1 great-grandchild, nieces, nephews, and cousins. Born in Brooklyn, she lived in Carlstadt for a year before moving to Totowa in 1953. She was a secretary for American Viscose Corp., NYC, Jet-Air Corp., Paterson, and SB Thomas Inc., Totowa, before retiring in 1995. Relatives and friends are invited to attend the funeral from the Festa Memorial Funeral Home, 111 Union Blvd, Totowa, on Thursday at 9:00 AM. Funeral mass to follow at St. James R.C. Church, Totowa at 9:30 AM. Interment at Laurel Grove Cemetery, Totowa. Friends may visit Wednesday 4-8 PM. In lieu of flowers, donations to Totowa Fire Rescue #4 or St. James R.C. Church, Totowa would be appreciated.
