Obituary of Johanna Andrews

Johanna Andrews (Lombardo), 87 years old, passed away at her home after a long illness on January 5, 2017. Born in Passaic to John and Rose Lombardo, she moved to Totowa with her husband and children 49 years ago. Visiting with her family and especially celebrating birthdays, weddings, and the holidays were times that she cherished. She is predeceased by her husband Richard Andrews and her siblings, Rose Cataffo and her husband Tony, Steve Lombardo and his wife Mary, Angelo Lombardo, Josephine Josipowich and her husband Mike, Sal Lombardo, Theresa Mascuch and her husband Dick, and Anna Lombardo. Johanna was the devoted mother of Deborah Caggiano and her late husband Les, Denice Drozd and her husband John, Richard Andrews, and Darlene Doperak and her husband Joseph. She was the loving grandmother of David, Elizabeth and her husband Dave, Jeremy and his wife Krissy, Justin, Maryanne and her husband Matt, and the great- grandmother of Brayden, Lily, Max, Noelle, Rylee, and Shaun. Other survivors are her sister-in-law Jean Lombardo, her many nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews. Visitation at Festa Memorial Funeral Home in Totowa is for family on Tuesday, Jan.10 from 9:30-10:30 am. The funeral mass is at St. James of the Marches R.C. Church, Totowa on Tuesday at 11:00 am, followed by the entombment at Laurel Grove Mausoleum, Totowa.
