Obituary of Rita J Dakake

Dakake, Rita J. (nee Germanetti), age 95 of Paterson at rest in Paterson on January 7, 2017. Loving mother of Gail C. Carpenter and her husband William of Belleville, Charles Dakake and his wife Carole of Fredon, Robert "Bob" Dakake and his wife Frances Mazzacappa of Lincroft and Glenn A. Dakake of Glendale, CA. Dear grandmother of eleven and great grandmother of seven. Born in Paterson, she was a lifelong resident. She was an Executive Secretary for Singer-Kearfott, Wayne for twenty five years before retiring in 1987. Rita was a parishioner of Our Lady of the Holy Angels R.C. Church, Little Falls. She was a member of the Deborah Hospital Foundation, Browns Mills. She was an avid traveler and enjoyed spending time with her family. Relatives and friends are invited to attend the funeral from the Festa Memorial Funeral Home, 111 Union Blvd., Totowa, on Friday at 9:30 AM. Funeral Mass to follow at Our Lady of the Holy Angels R.C. Church, Little Falls at 10:00 AM. Interment at Laurel Grove Memorial Park, Totowa. Relatives and friends may visit Thursday from 4:00 - 8:00 PM.
