Obituary of Gail M Brightman

Brightman, Gail M. (nee Fitzgerald) age 62 of Bloomingdale at rest in Pequannock on January 5, 2017. Born in Paterson, she lived in Paterson for 25 years before moving to Bloomingdale. Gail was a wonderful homemaker and cook. She worked at Fireside Furniture, Pompton Plains for 10 years. Her grandson, Nicholas was the light of her life. Beloved wife of the late Gregg L. Brightman (2011). Loving mother of Kelly Thompson and her husband Barry of Bloomingdale and Gregg D. Brightman of Bloomingdale. Caring grandmother of Nicholas Thompson of Bloomingdale. Devoted sister of Barbara Padula and her husband, Carl of Pompton Lakes, Edward Fitzgerald and his wife, Nancy of Pompton Plains and Ricky Fitzgerald and his wife, Linda of West Milford. Gail is also survived by her brother-in- law, Kent Brightman; sister-in-law, Donna Brightman; cousin, Terry Smolinsky and her husband, Robert, and several nieces and nephews, and her beloved pets, Max, Rosco, Scout, Riley, Spanky & Snowflake. Relatives and friends are invited to attend the services at the Festa Memorial Funeral Home, 111 Union Blvd, Totowa, on Wednesday at 10:00 AM. Entombment to follow at Laurel Grove Mausoleum, Totowa.
