Obituary of Kathleen Phelan

Phelan, Kathleen (nee Hulley) of Wayne at rest in Wayne on January 25, 2016. Beloved wife of the late John J. Phelan (2006). Loving mother of John M. Phelan and his wife Lourdes of Clifton and Sharon Phelan and her companion Christine Clevenger of Texas. Dear sister of Rachel Giannini and the late Margaret Doty. Born in Paterson, she lived in Paterson for most of her life. She was an Administrative Assistant for St. Joseph's Hospital, Paterson, for many years before retiring. Prior to that, she worked for N.J. Bell, Paterson. Mrs. Phelan was an avid ballroom dancer, and won many awards. Relatives and friends are invited to attend the funeral from the Festa Memorial Funeral Home, 111 Union Blvd., Totowa, on Friday at 9:45 AM. Funeral Mass to follow at St. Bonaventure R.C. Church, Paterson at 10:15 AM. Interment at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery, Totowa. Friends may visit Thursday 4:00 - 8:00 PM.
