Babec, Katica (nee Folja), age 79 of Wayne at rest in Wayne on July 1, 2015. Beloved wife of Pavel Babec of Wayne. Loving mother of Vasilije Babec and Sladjana Babec of Paterson, Victor Babec and his wife Maureen of Paterson. Dear daughter of the late Dimitrie and the late Mara (nee Popov) Folja. Grandmother of Paul Babec, Jasmina Gant, and Petar Babec. Born in Malizam Banat, Yugoslavia she lived in Malizam Banat until 1962, then in France until 1966 before coming to the United States. She was a Seamstress for various factories throughout her life retiring in 1970. Relatives and friends are invited to attend a funeral service at the Festa Memorial Funeral Home, 111 Union Blvd, Totowa, on Friday at 10:00 AM. Interment to follow at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery, Totowa. Friends may visit Thursday 6:00 - 8:00 PM.
