Obituary of Giuseppe Cifarelli

Cifarelli, Giuseppe "Peppino" age 69 of Paterson at rest in Wayne on May 14, 2015. Beloved husband of the former Elisa Lospinuso of Paterson. Loving father of Tina Houck and her husband Tom of Verona, Donna Cifarelli of Paterson and Francesca Galiano and her husband John of Wayne. Dear grandfather of Dominic, Joseph, and Thomas Houck. Twin brother of Pietro Cifarelli of Italy. Brother of Pasquale Cifarelli of Paterson, Franco Cifarelli of North Haledon, Graziella, Rosetta and Maria Cifarelli, all of Italy and the late Carmela Cifarelli. Also survived by many nieces and nephews. Born in Montescaglioso, Prov. di Matera, Italy, he came to the United States in 1966 and resided in Paterson. He was a talented Tailor for Vero Uomo, Englewood, for many years before retiring. He was a parishioner of St. Gerard R.C. Church and was an usher there. He was a prominent member of the Societa di San Rocco, Paterson. Peppino loved his garden. He was a dedicated fan of AC Milan Soccer Team and enjoyed spending time at his Florida residence in Hollywood. He was a very proud Nonno and Dad who had an enormous heart of gold. He will be greatly missed by all. Relatives and friends are invited to attend the funeral from the Festa Memorial Funeral Home, 111 Union Blvd, Totowa, on Monday at 11:00 AM. Funeral Mass to follow at St. Gerard R.C. Church, Paterson at 11:30 AM. Interment at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery, Totowa. Friends may visit Sunday 4-8 PM.
