Skelton, Alice M. (nee Mills) of Paterson at rest in Paterson on April 19, 2004. Beloved wife of the late Joseph B. Skelton. Mother of Robert M. Skelton and Joseph G. Skelton. Grandmother of Karlee Hoecker, Nancy Arvidson, Donald Skelton, Carol Hanright and the late Susan L. Skelton. Preceeded in death by her Great Grandson, Michael Arvidson. Survivors also include 9 Great Grandchildren. Relatives and friends are invited to attend the funeral at Christ Episcopal Church, 329 Totowa Road, Totowa on Thursday at 9:45 AM. (nee Mills) Skelton age 101 of Paterson died Monday. Born in Brooklyn, NY she lived in Paterson for most of her life. She was a Homemaker. Mrs. Skelton was a former member of Trinity Episcopal Church, Paterson. She was active in the Altar Guild, The Episcopal Church Womens Group, the Choir, and the Girls Friendly Society. She was a current member of the Christ Episcopal Church, Totowa, NJ. Preceeding her in death was Her husband, Joseph B. Skelton, a granddaughter, Susan L. Skelton, and a great grandson, Michael Arvidson. Survivors include: 2 sons: Robert M Skelton of Paterson, NJ Joseph G. Skelton of Newfoundland, NJ Also surviving are 4 Grandchildren and 9 Great grandchildren. Festa Memorial Funeral Home, 111 Union Blvd., Totowa is in charge of arrangements.
