De Grado, August Gus of Paterson at rest in Wayne on March 6, 2004. Devoted husband of the late and former Lena Albanese. Father of Frank De Grado, Marie Rodgers, Marion Sytsma and Elaine Kelley. Grandfather of Laurie Giardino, Michael Giardino, Thomas Sytsma, Christopher Sytsma, Bonnie Greenwood, John Kelley, Edward Kelley, Charles Kelley, Timothy Kelley and the late Kim Giardino. Also survived by 4 brothers, 4 sisters and 16 Great Grandchildren. Relatives and friends are invited to attend the funeral from the Festa Memorial Funeral Home, 111 Union Blvd., Totowa, on Wednesday at 9:30 AM. Funeral Mass to follow at St. Gerard R.C. Church, Paterson at 10:00 AM Interment at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery, Totowa. Friends may call Tuesday 2-4 and 7-9 PM. Mr. De Grado was a self-employed contractor for 40 years before retiring in 1980. Preceeding him in death was his wife, the former: Lena Albanese a grandaughter: Kim Giardino Survivors include: a son: Frank De Grado of Paterson, NJ 3 daughters: Marie Rodgers of Totowa, NJ Marion Sytsma of Totowa, NJ Elaine Kelley of Toms River, NJ Also survived by 4 brothers, 4 sisters, 9 granchildren and 16 Great grandchildren.
