Welsh, Joan Irene (nee Van Dyke) of Totowa at rest in West Milford on February 2, 2004. Beloved wife of the late Ralph P. Welsh. Mother of Kevin E. Welsh and Karen Meola. Mother in law of John Meola. She was a Bookkeeper for North Jersey Developmental Center, Totowa, NJ for 23 years before retiring in 1997. Preceeding her in death was: her husband: Ralph P. Welsh Survivors include A son: Kevin E.
