Born in New York he lived in River Edge most of his life before moving to Totowa 22 years ago. He was an Independent Insurance Adjustor & Vice President for R.F. Stumpf Associates, Totowa, NJ. Mr. Blackman was a past member of the Blue Goose International (Insurance Group).
