White, Joseph W. of Barnegat formerly of Paterson at rest in Hackensack on October 30, 2004. Devoted husband of the former Catherine Chlebowski. Father of James White, Richard White, Kevin White, David White, Joseph White, Felice Sedore, Caren White, Catherine White and Therese White. Brother of Mary Forest and the late Dorothy Heffner and James White. Also survived by 11 grandchildren. Relatives and friends are invited to attend the funeral from the Festa Memorial Funeral Home, 111 Union Blvd., Totowa, NJ on Wednesday at 9:00 A.M. Funeral Mass to follow at St. Gerard R.C. Church, Paterson, NJ at 9:30 A.M. Interment at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery, Totowa. Friends may call Tuesday 2-4 and 7-9 P.M. OBITUARY
Joseph W. White age 68 of Barnegat formerly of Paterson died Saturday. Born in Paterson, NJ he lived in Paterson until moving to Barnegat 5 years ago. He was a Paterson Fire Captain for the Paterson Fire Department, Paterson, NJ for 20 years before retiring. He was a Navy veteran and a member of the Knights of Columbus, Paterson. Mr. White was a parishioner of St. Marys R.C. Church, Barnegat, NJ.
Preceeding him in death was his sister: Dorothy Heffner and his brother: James White
