Peggy: I will miss your sense of humor and your caring and open heart. You always told it like it was and I liked that. You were real and genuine. The kids table will not be the same without you. May you find peace in heaven and know that we will all miss you very much.

Peggy: Your kindness towards others and especially, your love for children will always be remembered. No matter what was going on in your life, you still made time to knit something or bake a special dessert for someone. You will be missed by many. May you rest in peace and continue helping others from above.

Poem: By Paul Irion
A Death Has Occurred
A death has occurred and everything is changed.
We are painfully aware
That life can never be the same again,
That yesterday is over,
That relationships once rich has ended.
But there is another way to look upon this truth.
If life now went on the same,
Without the presence of the one who has died,
We could only conclude that the life we remember
made no contribution, filled no space, meant nothing.
The fact that this person left behind a place
that cannot be fille is a high tribute to this individual.
Life can be the same after a trinket has been lost,
But never after the loss of a treasure.

Peg, one fond memory is when you taught me how to make a decent hamburger with chop meat and spices using a fork around the edges at Aunt Mary's town house in Washington. I think I was 8 and you were 15. Another fond memory is at the shore when you walked down the street with me to get a bite to eat and a drink. Thanks for cheering me up. I can't believe you are gone. We will meet again in heaven, until then please watch over all of us as you have done all of your life! Please give Aunt Ginger and Uncle Ray a hug from me! Kisses. GC my heart aches for your loss. Lots of love, Ginger

Peggy, just 2 weeks ago, you, myself and Orissa sat and had high tea as proper ladies do. At the end of the day you reached out and said "I love you" and that sentiment was returned right back at you. Its comforting today to know that our last exchsnge was filled with warmth and love. No one loved you more than Giancarlo, but we love you both. We will miss your heart and your smile.

Peggy, you were a kind person always looking to be a friend and help out. You were funny and always full of new ideas and adventures. I remember you most for your love of baking and knitting. You were always there for me to talk to, and just be a friend. I remember how ecstatic you were to have so many new cousins when you married Giancarlo. I cherish the time I spent with you. You were taken from us too soon, and you will missed. God will be your best caretaker. Love, Emily.

Peggy,
I will miss talking and laughing with you. You always tried to help everyone. I remember when you told me after marrying Giancarlo telling me that "We're officially cousins now!" You always preached tolerance, and acceptance and you were always thinking of others. In your short life you had a positive impact on others and that will live on in us. You are a beautiful soul. You will be greatly missed but never forgotten.
