Well my Skippy... I miss you so much.. I have so many memories and stories I wouldnt even know where to start.. From playing hop scotch in the backyard..picking green beans from the garden and eating them before they made it to the dinner table..playing teacher on the blackboard..or taking walks to the corner store in the summertime to get ice cream..The vacation to Florida for Petes birthday..remember going to disney in the tram car and it started to rain a little and Pete looking to the sky saying why god why? lol... OR how about Pete singing You're A Grand Old Flag...omg that brought us to tears.. haha.. Gramp.. I miss you so much.. You are one of the best men in my life.. I will always carry memories of you and us close to my heart until we meet again. I love you forever!! Thank you for being the best Grandpa a granddaughter could ask for!!!!

I will always remember my children standing in the window waving at Pete as he would walk up and down in front of our home..they would say, we smell Pete's pipe..he must be outside!! The last time we saw Pete was at my son's graduation party , he was so amazed how the kids had grown and when we were saying goodbye, we all had a tear in our eyes. What a wonderful man he was and it was truly our pleasure to have him and Rose in our lives.May God bless him for his kind and loving heart. All our love to the family at this difficult time, Liz,Joe,Matthew & Brittany

Uncle Pete,
Thanks for all the great times and forever memories. You have been a big part of my life since I was a little boy. Sunday family dinners, parties and the always "Coffee And" nights upstairs at your home with Aunt Rose. I still can remember those stick ball games in Vermont, especially when I was only 10, when you gave me my first lesson on what can happen when "playing with the big boys" (you and my dad). The weekend camping trips in Sussex by the fire. All those well cooked Vermont meals while hunting each year. You gave me my first lesson in things you might need to do when married for many years to your one love, we'll keep that between us. The best of all was your last words before falling asleep each night not matter where we were. "Good Night Roseee" That showed me how much a man can love a women in life. Thanks for being a great Uncle. I love you and always will keep you in my thoughts and memories.
Love,
Louie
