McMaster, John age 79 of Totowa at rest in Wayne on May 7, 2011. Beloved husband of the late Shirley (nee Stewart) McMaster. Loving Father of Erin Kennedy and her husband Michael of Wayne and Cathi Brown of Wayne. Dear Brother of James McMaster of Wayne, Doris McMaster of New City, NY and the late William McMaster. Grandfather of Connor and Sean Kennedy and Nicole, Kevin and Ryan Brown. Also survived by his Loving Caregiver, Ivelisse Mejia and her son Jason. Born in Paterson, he lived most of his life in Totowa. He was the owner of McMasters Florist, Woodland Park for many years before retiring. He was a member of the Mountain View Masonic Lodge #154, Wayne and a member of the Totowa Elks Lodge # 2111. He was a Korean Conflict Navy veteran. Mr. McMaster was also a member of the United Methodist Church, Wayne. Relatives and friends are invited to attend the funeral from the Festa Memorial Funeral Home, 111 Union Blvd, Totowa, on Wednesday at 9:15 AM. Funeral service to follow at the United Methodist Church, Wayne at 10:00 AM. Entombment at Laurel Grove Mausoleum, Totowa. Friends may call Tuesday 2-4 & 7-9 PM.
