Besso, Ruth (nee Brand) age 84 of Woodland Park at rest in Wayne on February 22, 2010. Beloved wife of the late Harold A. Besso, (2007). Loving Mother of Nancy R. Salemi and her husband Joe of Alexandria, VA. Also surviving are many nieces and nephews. Born in Paterson, she lived in West Paterson (Woodland Park) for most of her life. She was a Homemaker. Mrs. Besso was an avid knitter. She also enjoyed to bowl. Relatives and friends are invited to attend a funeral service at the Festa Memorial Funeral Home, 111 Union Blvd., Totowa, on Friday at 10:00 AM. Interment to follow at Laurel Grove Memorial Park, Totowa. Friends may call Thursday 2-4 & 7-9 PM.
