Bocchino, Joseph age 86 of Toms River at rest in Toms River on January 24, 2010. Beloved husband of Jean (nee Meador) Bocchino of Toms River. Loving Father of Joann Garrett of Bayonne. Grandfather of Deanna Garrett. Great-Grandfather of Alexa Melendez. Born in Paterson, he lived most of his life in Paterson, before moving to Toms River in 1985. He was a Warehouse Manager for Neuman Wholesale Pharmaceuticals, Paterson for 43 years before retiring in 1996. He was a Korean Conflict Navy Veteran. Relatives and friends are invited to attend the funeral services at the Festa Memorial Funeral Home, 111 Union Blvd, Totowa, on Wednesday at 7:45 PM. Cremation will be private at the request of the family. Friends may call Wednesday 2-4 & 7-9 PM. In lieu of flowers donations to VanDyke Hospice C/O Community Medical Center, 99 Route 37 West Unit 4C, Toms River, NJ 08755 would be appreciated. For more information, go to www.festamemorial.com.
