Obituary of James Romano

Romano, James age 86 of Paterson at rest in Paterson on November 11, 2009. Born in Paterson, he was a lifelong resident. Mr. Romano was a Hair Stylist and owned JR's Beauty Salon, Clifton for over 40 years before retiring. He was a parishioner of St. Gerard RC Church, Paterson and was a World War II Army veteran and a member of the Passaic Valley Elks Lodge #2111, Totowa. Beloved husband of the late Judith (nee Gluciano) Romano. Father of Kathy Beydoun and James Romano, both of Paterson. Brother of Joanne Nash of Colorado and Violet Rosati of Little Falls. Grandfather of Michael Beydoun. Relatives and friends are invited to attend the funeral from the Festa Memorial Funeral Home 111 Union Blvd., Totowa on Monday at 9:30 AM. Funeral Mass to follow at St. Gerard RC Church, Paterson at 10:00 AM. Interment at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery, Totowa. Friends may call Sunday 2-4 and 7-9 PM.
