Obituary of Gumercindo Rosado

Rosado, Gumercindo age 68 of Clifton at rest in Paterson on July 5, 2009. Born in Adjuntas, PR, he came to the United States in 1961 residing in Paterson then recently in Clifton. He was a Nurses Assistant for St. Joseph's Hospital, Paterson, for 25 years before retiring in 2007. An Army veteran during peacetime, he was a parishioner of St. John's Cathedral, Paterson. He was a devoted family man who was cherished by his family and friends. Beloved husband of the former Kenia Maldonado of Clifton. Loving Father of Grover Rosado of Clifton, Kenneth Rosado and his wife Bielka of Paterson, Rennie Rosado and his wife Nancy of Lake Hiawatha and Mikhail Rosado of Clifton. Brother of Gloria Rosado, Elena Molina and Americo Rosado, Jr. all of Puerto Rico. Grandfather of Alex, Christopher, Kenneth and Isabella. Relatives and friends are invited to attend the funeral from the Festa Memorial Funeral Home, 111 Union Blvd, Totowa, on Thursday at 9:30 AM. Funeral Mass to follow at St. John's Cathedral, Paterson at 10:00 AM. Interment at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery, Totowa. Friends may call Wednesday 2-4 & 7-9 PM.
