Obituary of Salvatore Sudano

Sudano, Salvatore age 94 of Paterson at rest in Ridgewood on February 5, 2009. Born in Comiso, Prov. di Ragusa, Italy he came to the United States in 1955 residing in Paterson. He was a self employed Auto Mechanic for Market Motors, Paterson before retiring. After that, he innovated grape growing in Italy. He was a founding member of the Scoglitti Club, Elmwood Park and was a parishioner of St. Anthony's RC Church, Paterson. He had a passion to go fishing. His family and friends were an integral part of his life. He was very active and loved life. Beloved husband of the late Giuseppa Ruggiero. Loving Father of John Sudano & his wife Ada of Cinnamonson and Anna Cigol & her husband Robert of Kinnelon. Brother of the late Paolo and Rosario Sudano. Grandfather of Nicholas Helentjaris, Jennifer Sudano, Salvatore Sudano, Joy Sudano, Melissa Cigol, Danielle Cigol and Christina Cigol. Relatives and friends are invited to attend the funeral from the Festa Memorial Funeral Home, 111 Union Blvd, Totowa, on Monday at 9:00 AM. Funeral Mass to follow at St. Anthony's R.C.
