I first met Carol over two decades ago when as a State surveyor she made an unannounced visit to St. Vincent's Nursing Home. I was so impressed with her, and her with St. Vincent's that she came to work for us as our Director of Nursing. During her many years at St. Vincent's Carol molded us into a truly excellent home that provided skilled, loving and professional care to all. I like to think she will do the same now in heaven. My prayers are with Dave, Melissa, and David.
