Obituary of Frank Pierri

Pierri, Frank age 93 of Lincoln Park at rest in Wayne on March 4, 2008. Beloved husband of the late Vincenza (nee Damelio) Pierri. Loving Father of Pat Frank Pierri of Riverdale, Dolores Parente of Lincoln Park, Kathy DeRose of Wayne, Fran Gagliardo of Lincoln Park and the late Ralph F. Pierri. Brother of Anna of Italy, Regina of Brazil, Angelo Pierri of Totowa and the late Rocco, Dominico, Basilio and Anthony Pierri. Also survived by 13 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren. Born in New York, he was raised and married in Sala Consilina, Salerno, Italy, he came back to the United States in 1937 residing in Paterson then Totowa before Lincoln Park 5 years ago. He was an employee of S.U.M. Power Plant, Paterson. After that, he worked for the Passaic County Road Department for many years before retiring. He was a member of the Totowa Senior Citizens Club and was a parishioner of St. James R.C. Church, Totowa. Mr. Pierri was in WWII while he was in Italy. Relatives and friends are invited to attend the funeral from the Festa Memorial Funeral Home, 111 Union Blvd, Totowa, on Friday at 9:30 AM. Funeral Mass to follow at St. James R.C. Church, Totowa at 10:00 AM. Entombment at Laurel Grove Mausoleum, Totowa. Friends may call Thursday 2-4 and 7-9 PM.
